How the system works

Instrada is a cloud system reserved for professional street art and urban theatre artists and companies.
Artists and companies can join Instrada for free by opening their own account and uploading all their shows, one for each file. They will be able to update their files independently, and our staff will monitor the quality of the texts, photographs, videos and translations.

As well as uploading their presentations, photos, videos and technical data sheets, artists must also give the selling price of the show and the travel expenses (mileage) to be refunded, so that a cachet proposal can be sent automatically and immediately to potential buyers.

Once the agreement between the artist and the agency has been defined, it remains valid for at least one year, unless new agreements are signed by both parties. The agency will charge a percentage fee for each contract made via the portal. Incentives will be available for frequent system users.
The potential buyer can either accept or reject a cachet or propose different rates for negotiation, which will be submitted to the artist. Obviously, if the potential buyer accepts a proposal the artist’s availability will be checked immediately.

Potential buyers’ searches will be based on: name of company or show, type of show, place of origin or price range. Several filters can be applied at the same time.
Cachets will not be published, but transmitted to buyers on request. Cachets will be sent out automatically for requests of up to a maximum 10 shows per day. Greater numbers must be authorised by the administrator.

When fully operational, a “best sellers” list will be published.

The artist can get special visibility by purchasing paid spaces, which can also be granted free of charge by the agency as a “reward” for effective use of the platform, based on the number of concluded contracts.
Further schemes are planned with the aim of benefitting the entire sector and, in particular, enhancing the emergence of the best productions and supporting the creation of new, quality acts.
